The consumer is liable for the cost of return shipping, to organise your return email [email protected] and the team will contact you to arrange payment of the collection fee.

If you receive a damaged product, please email [email protected] immediately. If possible, please include photos of the shipment as delivered. This will expedite your claim so we can replace the damaged product.

For consumer orders we accept returns of unopened cartons within 31 days of receipt. Once the collection fee has been paid, a collection date will be organised.
